At Eden View Foods LLC, we are a diverse business, serving people locally and internationally.
Plow to Platter
At Eden View, we strive to provide you with the freshest, purest, most nutritious foods from our fields and kitchen.
Our vegetables are grown with no chemicals, are hand planted cultivated and harvested.
Our prepared foods are done in our licensed kitchen with ingredients sourced from our farm and other local farms. Everything is handmade from scratch with artisan touches. We specialize in take-home entrees, soups, salads and sides that make for a quick, yet healthy and homemade meal.
Our signature desserts and breads are make with organic whole grain flours (mainly spelt), no white sugar with local eggs and dairy. These foods are available at our two weekly farmers' markets – Boalsburg and North Atherton (see information below) or arrangements can be made to pick up at our farm. We also provide our food through the Friends and Farmers Co-op.
The easiest way to get a taste of our food is to sign up for our Harvest Share, which is simply a weekly email listing what is available for the week.
Our foods are also available for your gathering, celebration, meeting or event. Our catering division, Farmstead Catering, offers flexible menus and pricing to fit your event needs. For an on-the-farm experience, bring your event to our farm and enjoy our beautiful rustic pavillion with wood fired oven and grill and stroll through our vegetable and flower gardens.
Close to the Land and Made by Hand
Farmstead Catering, a division of Eden View Foods, LLC, is located in
Warriors Mark on a parcel of our family's century farm. Our plow-to-platter approach to food allows us to source the freshest, local, most nutritious ingredients for our menus, both from our farm and other local farms.
Our foods are handmade from scratch with artisan touches.
We use chemical-free whole grain flours, alternative
sweeteners (evaporated cane juice, honey, or maple syrup) and
we strive to make every dish pure, healthy and delicious.
We are flexible with our menu and type of service - finger foods to
finer dining and anything in between; full set-up or a simple drop-off.
We accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and
vegan diets and work within your budget.
We use rustic boxes, crocks, iron skillets and antiques with fresh vegetables,
live greens, flowers and chalkboards to decorate our food display tables.
If this isn't your style, no problem, we can adjust
to your style preference.

Sowing Seeds in Belize
Our Mission Statement:
To join with village families in Southern Belize in a Fair Trade business partnership to train, empower, build financial stability, provide educational opportunities, and improved living conditions based on Biblical principles.
Our work in Belize began with a 6 hour tour of al-tun-ha, a set of Mayan ruins in the north of the country. We returned for 10 days to dig a little deeper in 2016, and in 2017, we returned for 40 days where we made a long term commitment to the people of Southern Belize. Check out our web site and follow our blogs to join the journey.
Belizeans are hard workers, their land is volcanic fertile soil, and they have dreams bigger than the infrastructure and the economy of Belize can handle...we want to our part to help make their dreams come true. This will be done by paying the farmers a more than fair market value for their crops, we will also work with the women and the youth of the communities to develop processing and packaging services. We have many thoughts, visions and dreams for Sowing Seeds in Belize, and your purchase from Maya Mountain Coffee and Spice Company will help to make them happen!
Our Harvest Share offering is similar to a typical CSA (community supported agriculture) program in that you have opportunity each week to secure the freshest, tastiest, most nutritious local foods from our farm. While most programs require upfront monies in the winter/spring, we do not. We ask you to simply sign up for our Harvest Share email which is sent every Friday listing what is available from our fields and kitchen. If you wish to purchase items, you simply return an email to us with your order and where you desire to pick up your order – at one of our State College farmers' markets or at our farm. You have lots of freedom with our Harvest Shares – if you are away on vacation, you don't have to find someone to pick up and consume your weekly share; if you still have food from the week before and don't need anything, you don't order anything, you can order one item or all the items available each week – it's your choice!
Our berry fields are maturing nicely, Look for u-pick raspberries and blackberries in 2018. Blueberries, currents, gooseberries, and haskap berries will follow in 2019
