Eden View is commited to supporting local farms and food producers.  We use many ingredients in our foods that are locally produced and offer other products for our customers to purchase as well:

Grass-fed beef - we partner with a family member who raised grass-fed angus beef. Many years of research and intentional and careful attention is given to the grazing process for this beef.   Grasses have been imported from several countries to provide the longest and greenest growing season for the greatest nutriional value of the meat.  The beef is available in bulk (1/8, 14, 1/2 or whole) two times per year - spring and fall.  Burger is available year round.  For more information and ordering details, sign up for our weekly Harvest Share email.  You can taste the difference  - you won't be asking, where's the beef - you'll know it's THE beef!

Free range eggs - we buy eggs weekly from a local farmer - these eggs have a rich orange yolk and are humungous!  The chickens are happy and the eggs show it - a super food indeed!
